MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SMITHVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT HELD ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2003, AT 7:45 A.M. AT THE SMITHVILLE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE, 901 N.E. SIXTH STREET, SMITHVILLE, TEXAS.

ABSENT: Mr. Craig Williams, Mr. Mike Wittrock, Ms. Peggy Walicek, Mr. Mike Morgan

ALSO PRESENT: Gary Sage, Denise Behrens

Canvass of 1. The Board met to canvass the election returns of the

Election Results November 4, 2003, School Board Trustee special election.

Motion was made by Howard Burns to accept the election results, certifying Michael Goertz as winner of Place 2. Kamron Saunders seconded, and the motion carried 2-0.

Adjournment 2. The meeting adjourned at 8:05 a.m.
