The schools of Smithville ISD are located on three properties. The
High School is on the south edge of town. Brown Primary is similarly located, but
still within the city limits. The Junior High, Elementary, Administration, and
football field are located on the same piece of property and are inside the city limits of
Smithville.

Smithville High School
285 Hwy 95 South
From State Hwy 71 (from Bastrop): Take the South Highway 95 exit (next to the airport) and proceed over the Colorado River through town. You will cross 3 sets of railroad tracks on Highway 95 before you reach Smithville High School. The school is located on the outskirts of town at the intersection of Highway 95 and FM 535.
From State Hwy 71/Loop 230 (from La Grange): Take Loop 230 through town to the intersection of Highway 95 (Royston) and Loop 230. Turn left on Highway 95 and proceed over the railroad tracks to the outskirts of town. The campus is located at the intersection of Highway 95 and FM 535.
Smithville Junior High School
901 Wilkes Street
From State Hwy 71 (from Bastrop): Take the Colorado Street Exit and proceed south on Charleston Boulevard to 8th Street. Turn right on 8th Street. Proceed to the campus that is located at the intersection of Wilkes and 8th Street.
From State Hwy 71 (from La Grange): Take the 8th Street exit (next to Shell Station) and proceed on 8th street to the campus that is located at the intersection of Wilkes and 8th Street.
From State Hwy 95 (from the North): Go under the Hwy 71 overpass and proceed into town. You will cross the Colorado River. Turn Left on Loop 230 (at the light). Proceed to Wilkes Street. Turn North on Wilkes. Proceed to the 800 block of Wilkes.
From State Hwy 95 (from the South): Enter town and cross over the three sets of railroad tracks. Turn right on Loop 230 (at the light). Proceed to Wilkes Street. Turn North on Wilkes. Proceed to the 800 block of Wilkes.

From State Hwy 71 (from Bastrop): Take the Hwy 71 exit and proceed south on Hwy 71 into town. You will cross the Colorado River. Turn Left on Loop 230 (at the light). Proceed to Turney Street. Turn North on Turney. Proceed to the 600 block of Turney and enter parking lot.
From State Hwy 71 (from La Grange): Take the Loop 230 exit and proceed into town. Proceed to Turney Street. Turn North on Turney. Proceed to the 600 block of Turney and enter parking lot.

From State Hwy 95 (traveling North): Enter city limits. Turn right on MLK. Turn right on Prima.
