The purpose of this communication is to inform Texas public school districts and open-enrollment charter schools of an adjustment to the release date of the May 2022 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) grades 3–8 student results in the family and analytic portals. As you know, our preliminary plan was to make the data available Friday, June 24.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) is running additional analyses on the data as part of an enhanced due diligence process. Results are now tentatively scheduled to be available next week in the family and analytic portals. TEA will provide another update on the timing of the data release as soon as possible.
