The Smithville Independent School District has three specific logos that are trademarked by the district: the Tiger T, the Lady Tiger LT, and the SISD School Seal. There are also specific Branding Guidelines that should be followed by the district in any sort of printed or digital media.

Requirements
Smithville ISD requires vendors selling products using the any of the official logos to enter into a Smithville ISD Trademark License Agreement. The license agreement will allow for the sale of apparel or other goods bearing the Smithville ISD logos for one year (September 1-August 31). Requests for use should be made using the form on this page.

Fees
There is a fixed annual fee for unlimited use of the SISD Trademark Bundle.

• Individual/Business within SISD boundaries

  • $150/yr unlimited usage per trademark bundle
     

• Individual/Business outside of SISD boundaries

  • $300/yr unlimited usage per trademark bundle

NOTE: Calendar year runs September 1 - August 31. Per the agreement, Smithville ISD reserves the right to inspect the nature and quality of products to ensure the products are appropriate and do not adversely affect the school or district.
