Parent and community volunteers are welcome in Smithville ISD. We ask that you follow the guidelines below and process to be approved for a volunteer role within SISD each school year.

Please return the application and additional required documents  to Liza Rios  at 901 NE 6th St, Smithville, TX 78957 or via email to lrios@smithvilleisd.org. Additional required documents include:

1. Completed SISD Volunteer Application

2. Completed Criminal History Disclosure Form

3. Consent for Criminal History Check

4. State ID or Driver’s License

You will be notified of your application approval status within 3 business days after receiving all required documents.
