Our Sports & Entertainment Marketing students recently visited Topgolf in Austin for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the industry. These future business leaders had the unique opportunity to meet with the Director of Operations to learn firsthand about the hard work, logistics, and daily operations required to maintain a massive entertainment facility.

We are incredibly proud to see our Career and Technology Education (CTE) students connecting classroom concepts with real-world careers!

REMEMEBER: This Friday (3/13) is a student holiday/staff workday, and next week is SPRING BREAK!

Congratulations to our SHS Robotics team! The Tiger Trons competed in the FIRST robotics District Meet in Belton this weekend and were chosen to move to the finals with the 1st Alliance. Tiger Trons, along with Team Appreciate from Westlake and Team Robowranglers from Greenville, were the champions!

Tiger track @ Jack Adcock Relays in Cuero results. Congrats!! Varsity Baylor Watson (4th) in Discus with a throw of 138 feet and 9 inches (Personal record) Zane Perkins (5th) in Pole Vault with a vault of 13 feet (Personal record) Maddox Rivera (6th out of 31 runners) in the 800 meter run, with a time of 2:11. Junior Varsity Levi Garza (6th) in Long Jump, with a jump of 19 feet (Personal record). Christian Razo ran his personal best at 5:38 in the 1600 meter run.
